Fort Detrick Substations

Replacement of substations, under separate contracts, including all foundations, manholes, ductbanks, fencing, cabling and splicing, coordination study, and testing.  All work was performed while the existing substation served various post customers, involving considerable coordination to minimize service interruptions.
