Remove and replace conductors and transformers.  De-water electrical manholes including disposal and handling of petroleum-contaminated and petroleum-chromium contaminated water and sludge.  Clean and inspect conduits, manholes, and temporary generators.  Prepare manhole blowdown diagram revisions.  Install arc proofing and metal-enclosed switches.
