Health Insurance
A comprehensive health plan is available at a minimal cost to individual employees.  Family plans are offered at an affordable rate. In addition, Dvorak covers a portion of the upfront deductible for each plan via a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).

All employees are provided short-term disability benefits, and a life insurance policy.  Additional life insurance and disability policies are available to employees as well. 

401K & Retirement Planning
Employee 401K contributions are matched up to 4% of an employee's salary when the employee contributes 5%.

Retirement planning and other financial consulting services are available to all employees as part of the retirement plan benefits package. 

Continuing Education
Dvorak encourages continuing education and technical development. Apprentices are reimbursed for up to 110% of their tuition based on their final scores. 

Tuition reimbursement is considered on a case by case basis for all coursework which directly supplements an employee's workplace skills.
